CRESPOGRAM REPORT
BARRED FROM NUMEROUS GOVERNMENTAL COMPUTER NETWORKS FOR TELLING THE TRUTH
DON’T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU IN THE ASS
SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS FIRED FOR SCREWING
THE POOCH
Raphael Gonzalez, who was considered by some as the heir apparent to become the Director of the City’s Park’s and Recreation Department after
his patron, Juan Pascual, retired under the cloud created by the hiring of Acting Assistant City Manager/Pretend Deputy Chief of Police Luis Cabrera’s half-brother only months after he and his wife had arrived from Cuba to a cushy job with a city car, was summarily fired on March 24th, for falsifying his time card.

The most interesting information in the below letter was the revelation that the city has attached GPS units to some city cars.

Now we’ll have to wait and see - and I for one won’t be waiting all that long before I start filing public records requests - to find out if these GPS units have been attached to the cars of people like the aforementioned half-brother of Luis Cabrera to find out what he does during the times he’s  supposedly required to visit the parks he’s responsible for inspecting, since I’ve been told by too many folks who’ve been keeping an eye out for him that no one ever sees him at any of these parks.

It should also be interesting to find out where a handful of other city officials with city cars spend their time.

Inquiring minds think that installing GPS units is one way to try and make some city employees actually do their jobs, but at the same time, you got to keep in mind that this is Miami, and screwing the pooch has become an art form for some of these deadbeats that might require more than a GPS unit.

It’s Miami, Bitches!
