CODE VIOLATIONS HAVE NOW BECOME A PROBLEM FOR SEASALT & PEPPER
PART IV
BUSINESS FRIENDLY IN MIAMI

You would think that after 8 months, and the continued operation of this restaurant without a final COU, or a BTR, that the folks at Seasalt & Pepper would make some effort to clean up their act, or at least not attract more attention by getting caught by Code Enforcement doing work on the property without plans or a permit.

Below are two Notice Of Violation served on the property last week, which as you can see require these violations to be corrected by today, or possibly be shut down.

This ability to operate with these consistent and flagrant refusals to operate within the law could not be occurring if there was not some sort of collusion between the owners and City officials.

Go ask a business owner in places like Wynwood, Mid-Town Mary Brickell Village or Coconut Grove how long they could continue to operate without a BTR, or a final COU, or with these violations for failing to have an approved plan and permit to build on their property?

They’s tell you about as long as it took the City to send someone to shut them down.  But this restaurant continues to operate as if they were a candidate for Business Of The Year.

It’s Miami, Bitches!
