One of the problems when trying to sort out a story that involves multiple documents, some with hundreds of pages is that sometimes you overlook something important. The below paragraph on Page 21 of the sublease agreement between Bayside Marketplace and Skyrise is an item that I initially spotted, but then forgot about in trying to sort everything else out.

This item is critically important because most knowledgable people believe that once the election for Governor is over in November, that regardless of who wins, the legislature will pass a Gambling  Bill next year allowing for at least partial statewide gambling.


This paragraph would allow gambling on City owned property, something that every elected official in Miami has claimed that they would never allow.
